Michael Loth – Chief Executive Officer

Michael held positions with “Adams Consult” as Director of Project Management and Head of Engineering and Integration with “Nortel Networks” and “Callahan”, leading cross-cultural teams performing nationwide network designs, builds and upgrades during the German telecommunications deregulation period.

Peter Matourek – Chief Financial Officer

Peter has 20 years international management experience in finance and operations in telecommunications, technical wholesale, mining and manufacturing companies. He held senior positions with UPC Broadband, Eichler KG, Magindag and Pfleiderer AG. He brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, budgeting, financial accounting, business analysis, business reengineering, systems integration, logistics and program management. Peter was responsible for the program management of the Docsis 3.0 deployment for UPC, the restructuring of various departments in UPC Broadband, Eichler KG and Magindag, and the implementation of integrated accounting systems in UPC Austria, Eichler KG an Maginag.

Franz Venschott - Managing Director Inventcon GmbH

An Electrical Engineer, Franz has worked on international projects in Canada, Lybia, and the Phillipines. As M.D. was responsible for acquisition and management of FTTH and Fibre deep projects. As Vice President at AEG was responsible for Project Management and acquisition of large infrastructure telecom projects. Franz was responsible for the deployment and commissioning of electrical and electronic systems on complexes for the paper industry worldwide and a key member of the team responsible for the design, build, construction and commissioning of electrical systems for chemical plants worldwide.

Larry Cox - Chief Technical Officer

Larry has over 29 years of experience in the Cable industry. Having worked for Time Warner, Comcast, AT&T and TCI has meant exposure to a wide range of corporate cultures and Management styles. His extensive background in the design, powering, construction and maintenance of communication networks in both the US and in Europe gives him a unique view on the industry.

Steve Cozens – V.P Sales and Marketing

Since training as an electrical and mechanical engineer, Steve’s career has embraced product field engineering, cable TV sales, marketing, business development and project management roles for both manufacturers and providers. He has worked internationally for product manufacturers developing new markets Steve has provided engineering support to UPC within their franchises to deliver various projects. 

James Digby – V.P. Business Development ( Americas )

James Digby has over 25 years experience leading significant initiatives delivering network infrastructure and developing organizations to support that infrastructure.   James has held a series of senior roles with various cable operators, AT&T. AT&T Broadband and Liberty Global.  He helped define many of the technical standards and architectures that have been adopted by the industry in the delivery of voice, video and data services.  In addition to his rich background in technology operations James also focuses on business and technology strategy.   James has a Masters of Technology Management from The Wharton School of Business and the School Of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.

David Harrison – V.P. eTelesis Media 

David has more than 20 years’ experience in the cable broadband industry, having headed up technical operations in the UK (Telewest), Japan (J:COM), USA (AT&T Broadband), and the Netherlands (UPC Broadband).  He oversaw the development of digital TV set top boxes (Scientific Atlanta and Humax) for J:COM, the deployment of voice over IP and digital TV systems across much of the EU, and has managed pan-EU ISP services for UPC. David was inducted as a Cable TV Pioneer in 2009.

Sandra Tearney – Marketing Director

Sandra has been working in sales and marketing for 20 years.  Her experience in co-ordinating international exhibitions together with her creative experience in design in many areas but particularly the telcoms arena has given her an ideal background for joining e-Telesis.
